This site has no ads, no analytics, no tracking pixels, no cookies, and no forms. We don't sell personal information.
What we collect
When you visit. Like any website, the company that hosts this site may keep standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type, and the page requested) for security and reliability. [LEGAL CHECK: name the host and its log retention once chosen.]
When you email us. If you write to contact@clientplays.com, we receive your email address and whatever you include, and we use it to reply and to handle support, refunds, and licensing questions.
When you buy. Purchases happen on Gumroad. Gumroad processes your payment and shares with us the details it provides to sellers, such as your name, email address, and what you bought. Gumroad's own privacy policy covers what it collects. We don't see or store your full card number.
How we use it
To deliver the product, answer questions, honor the 14-day guarantee, and send the emails you asked for. If we start a mailing list, we'll ask before adding you, and every marketing email will include a way to unsubscribe and our postal address. [LEGAL CHECK: CAN-SPAM postal address TBD.]
Sharing
We share information only with services that help us run the business (such as Gumroad and our email provider), when the law requires it, or with your permission.
Your choices
